Thank you for using SmartWork, a platform designed to enhance safety and compliance functions for construction sites through centralized management and efficient allocation of site access and tasks to users as assigned by their employer or organization. For clarity, we do not track your specific location within the site after your initial sign-on.
If you are a customer, we may collect the following information:

(b) Business registration details, such as your Australian Business Number;

(c) Billing and payment information.

We collect your personal information primarily to provide you with our services and enable your use of our platform.

If you are a customer, we may also disclose your information to payment system operators and debt-recovery functions.
